At Remain FM, we understand that long cleaning contracts are both expensive and time consuming - especially for empty floors or buildings.

We can provide ad hoc cleaning as and when required - which can reduce costs and pressure from the Landlord or Building Manager. This is set at a standard hourly rate - so can be easily tracked.

This also can be used for care taking, post project, and mothballed buildings.

We can assist with many building facilities tasks and we specialise in empty, remote and mothballed buildings.
